Who is Elusive Coffee?
For over a decade, Elusive Coffee's founder roasted coffee at home. It started as a hobby, driven by "a love of discovering new flavours and experimenting with different beans." In September 2024, the home enthusiast went commercial. Elusive Coffee now roasts in Somerton Park, Adelaide, at Settlement Roasting, a collaborative co-roasting space. Batches are small and roasted to order. Orders ship the same week. The aim is plain: "to bring great coffee to everyday people at affordable prices, without compromising on quality or sustainability." Bags run roughly $17 to $31, with free Australia-wide shipping over $60. Beans are traceable and come from sustainable farms. There's a bigger purpose too: "to offer love and hope to those in need through the proceeds of a great cup of coffee."
