The coffee story here goes back two generations. Albert learned artisan roasting in Northern Italy in the late 1940s, then brought his craft to Melbourne. His son John kept that old-school passion for well-roasted beans alive. Coffee Bean Trading Company officially started in 2019. Today, with Ben Hodge on board, the roastery runs out of Adelaide.
