My Kingdom For A Horse
About My Kingdom For A Horse
For Emily Raven, a first Rwandan coffee was a life-changing moment. She brought more than 35 years in cookery, hospitality and education, an MA in Gastronomy, lecturing at Le Cordon Bleu and William Angliss, and ownership of the award-winning Cafe 54. Co-founder Rachel Mead added a Master of Management and a career across retail, training and human resources. Together they built My Kingdom for a Horse, part of Adelaide for more than 10 years. The coffee is roasted in Adelaide and paired with farm-direct milk from Tweedvale in the Adelaide Hills. Their sourcing is seasonal and specialty-grade, bought as each origin arrives in Australia. Some beans come direct from farms, some through specialist buyers who share their commitment to good farming and fair trade. The goal stays the same: super-tasty coffee you can't get anywhere else.
