About Brew Coffee Roasters

Brew Coffee Roasters roasts under an award-winning head roaster, with gold, silver and bronze medals earned across national competitions in the past five years. The beans carry Fairtrade, organic and Rainforest Alliance backing. In 2023 the team installed a Loring roaster, which uses up to 80% less fuel and produces up to 80% fewer emissions than conventional machines. Family-run and Australian-owned, this Perth roaster has supplied Western Australian cafés since 2006. From its Wangara base it runs the full chain in-house: roasting, a barista academy, an equipment showroom and a working café. The coffee is 100% Arabica, sourced from Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru. Good for buyers who want consistency, traceable sourcing and a roaster that backs its work with medals.
