Try before you buy. At Bermuda Coffee's Coffee Studio, you can sample any of their blends or limited release single origins before taking a bag home. The studio is built onto the roastery itself, at 3 Intrepid Street in Berwick. Bermuda is a family-owned small business that roasts Monday to Friday. Every order goes out within a week of its roast date. Their own line sums up the attitude: "Coffee is for the people and we are too." The aim is a community that feels "encouraged, educated and empowered" exploring coffee. Ordering online is easy on the wallet too. Local delivery is free around Casey and Cardinia, and shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $80.
