Auro Speciality Coffee picked up a run of awards in 2025. Bronze and silver at the Royal Adelaide Coffee Show, bronze and silver Golden Bean medals, and first place for its single-origin Jungle Queen latte at the Royal Adelaide Competition. Behind the medals is a small, family-run micro-roastery in Adelaide, South Australia, that began with a barista course given as a gift. They roast single-origin beans to order and source from producers who share their values. Auro is also behind Flavour Bombs, coffees like Strawberry Sundae and Peach Cobbler that get their taste from farming and roasting, not added oils. Good for home brewers who want award-backed beans and a bit of fun in the cup.
