About White Owl Coffee
The Perrys have worked in hospitality for two generations. Ross and Kay Perry started Valentines bakery in 1990, specialising in artisan sourdough. They went on to found Olive Hills Estate, a vineyard and winery, in 1999. In 2014 Harry Perry established White Owl Coffee to supply the Albury Wodonga region with specialty coffee. Today it roasts in Rutherglen, Victoria, on a 60kg Brambatti at 105 Fraser Road. Joe Perry runs the coffee as part-owner. Beans come from Colombia, Brazil and Guatemala, roasted medium to dark across four blends. It is still a family business at its core. As they put it: blood is thicker than coffee.
