About Two Cracks

Dale's love of coffee started a long way from Western Australia. He grew up on the island of Malta, where Sicilian and Italian influences make coffee a daily ritual and quality in the cup a given. That standard travelled with him. Today he runs Two Cracks Coffee, a small-batch roastery and café in Cowaramup, in the Margaret River region. Every batch is roasted in house. He sources single-origin beans directly from farmers on sustainable plantations, leaning on organic and microlot farms where he can find them. The coffee has picked up an AICA Silver and Golden Bean medals across 2019 and 2021.
