About Rosso Roasting Co
Ramez threw away the corporate life to build a coffee brand that felt accessible and vibrant. A Melburnian following his love of coffee, he started with a wholesale roastery in Tullamarine. Sixteen years on, Rosso runs a flagship roastery and dining space in North Melbourne. Add two city cafés on Flinders Lane and Collins Street, a busy online store, and Boston Black cold brew and Black Geisha coffee liqueur. The name stands for "Coffee With Character". Every bean is chosen for flavour and cleanliness, then roasted to suit its origin, with a minimum SCA score of 80 and suppliers who pay farmers fairly. Three espresso blends and a range of single origins mean there's a coffee for every palate. Subscribers save 15% on every bag.
