At Pound, the coffee menu never sits still. Buying small micro-lots means what's on offer changes often. In their words, it's an endless, exciting journey, and you rarely know what you'll find. Pound is a small, independent family roastery in Fremantle. Justin selects specialty green beans and hand-roasts every small batch. Irene hand-foils each bag on an antique John T Marshall hot foil press. The approach is simple: fresh, honest and handmade. Single-origin coffee, roasted with care to honour the grower. If you like buying coffee that evolves rather than repeats, Pound rewards a return visit. The roastery door is always open.
