Who is Perth Coffee Roasters?
Perth Coffee Roasters began with two café owners who decided to become suppliers. Jill and John Raynor opened the business in 2012. It is still family-owned and family-run. Today they roast in Osborne Park, Perth, for both retail and wholesale buyers. John is the master roaster. Mack Cairns roasts alongside him and leads the barista training courses. The range is 100% Arabica, drawn from Kenya, India, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Blends include Kinetic and Kinetic Light. The decaf uses the chemical-free Swiss Water Process, and there are teas too. The brief they set themselves is plain: "high-quality coffee, guaranteed supply, and impeccable customer service." Beans are roasted locally in Perth to keep them fresh.
