Micrology wants to raise the bar for Perth coffee drinkers. The independent roaster sets out to show off the life and flavour of the world's best coffees. Find them in Osborne Park, just off the Mitchell Freeway on the corner of Hutton and Collingwood Street. The roastery doubles as a café, open weekday mornings and Saturday morning, where the team will make you a brew and chat. They roast a range of espresso blends and single origins. Prefer to drink at home? A three-month prepaid gift subscription, Roaster's Pick filter, starts at $138. Straightforward, local, and built around showing what good coffee can be.
