Coffee is a fresh food, and Just Fresh Roasted treats it that way. In their words, it "should be treated with absolute urgency." They roast to order every day. Order by 3pm and your coffee ships the same day. There are no middle-party retailers or distributors, and no bags sitting on shelves waiting to be sold. The roastery is in Melbourne, across two purpose-built facilities. The group has sold coffee online for more than 16 years. It says it was the first in Australia to show roast dates on its packs, back in 2007. The range covers blends, single origins and organic capsules, which are packed in its own capsule plant. Single origins come from Africa, Asia, and Central and South America. A flexible subscription is available on all of it.
