Coffee Supreme started with Reds Cafe in Wellington, back when specialty coffee was still finding its footing in New Zealand. Curiosity drove it: about flavour, consistency, and how far coffee could go when quality became the standard. The roasting began as a way to control quality and understand the coffees being served. That was 1993. Today Coffee Supreme roasts in New Zealand, Australia and Japan, sourcing single-origin green coffee through trusted, long-term partnerships. Some producer relationships run more than a decade, across Nicaragua, Brazil and Colombia. The philosophy borrows a Japanese word, Kaizen: continuous improvement, raise the bar then raise it again. It's a certified B Corp. If you want coffee that's reliable, expressive and enjoyable every day, that's the whole point here.
