In 2013, Trent founded Bear Bones Coffee in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. He brought over 30 years in hospitality, including two decades in business banking. The idea was simple: be a partner to cafés, not just a supplier. Show up for the wins and the challenges alike. More than a decade on, Bear Bones is one of Australia's top specialty coffee roasters, supplying coffee for over 350,000 cups each week. It roasts, blends and packages everything on-site, with a team carrying over 175 years of combined industry experience.
